The variety of vinyl records was limitless, and after I made my purchase, it arrived super fast. I was really blown away by how well it was packed and the quality of the records. We jam to them every evening, and it feels like we're at a live show. I'm definitely gonna grab more vinyl from VinylMnky!!

You folks really oughta look into a better web design that clearly displays what’s actually available. Alternatively, consider bringing on more customer service reps to handle inquiries about canceled orders. I’m glad I got a refund for part of my purchase, but I was left wondering for quite a while about the reasons. The friendly team appeared to be stretched thin. 😕

I didn't get it at all. It was stuck in Texas for weeks. I had to request a refund, but I was really looking forward to the item for my niece.

VinylMnky really came through for me. We had a bit of a rocky beginning mainly because of when I placed my order. For a whole week, I didn’t hear a peep until I wrote a worried review after checking out some other feedback. Once the Thanksgiving break was over, they got back to business and sent me the Kanto YU6 speakers (BIG SHOUT OUT - these speakers are amazing!) along with some classic vinyl I had ordered. It was a slow start, but Travis and his crew at VinylMnky pulled through in the end. Honestly, this would’ve been a solid “4” if they had just communicated better about being closed for the holiday.

I placed an order for an album on October 15th and never got any confirmation or updates about my purchase. I contacted the seller and vinylmnky support two times. Still, no word back at all, and I feel totally ripped off. What a letdown.

I put in a preorder for an album back in April, expecting it to ship in July. I get that vinyl can sometimes take a while. When I reached out for an update, I got a notice saying it was set to ship on September 24. But that turned out to be just a 'pre-shipment' notice, and the album still hasn’t left the warehouse. Now it’s November 5, and every record store has had this album for two months already. Customer service told me they’re still waiting on their shipment.

My first run-in with Vinylmnky was a total letdown. I ordered two copies of the same album and forked out for separate shipping, expecting them to arrive individually. Instead, they sent both copies together in the shoddiest packing I've ever encountered. Both arrived with their corners all smashed up. To make matters worse, it seemed like they were planning to keep the extra shipping fee I had already paid. After reaching out to their customer service, which was honestly the only good part of this whole ordeal, they did send out two replacement copies in separate mailers. Unfortunately, those still showed up with dinged corners, though not as badly. I've dealt with a ton of online vinyl shops, and I've never received albums with damaged corners before, let alone 16 individual corners across three shipments. They clearly lack the know-how when it comes to packaging and shipping vinyl properly to avoid this kind of damage. Instead of using the standard white mailers, they opted for Uline mailers that don’t fit right. Plus, they don’t seem to grasp how to secure the record and packaging in the box so that it stays snug and doesn’t shift around. This kind of knowledge about record packaging comes from experience, and it’s clear this team is still learning the ropes. I would never purchase from or recommend Vinylmnky to anyone.
